1. Information on the collection of personal data
1.1 In the following, we inform you on the collection of personal data when you use our website www.terratonpartners.com (hereinafter referred to as „website“). Personal data is all data that can be related to you individually, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, user behavior.

1.3 When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data obtained in this context after the storage is no longer required. Alternatively we restrict the processing if there are legal storage obligations. The processing of the transmitted data is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out prior to the withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
1.4 Unless a more explicit storage period is defined in this privacy policy, we process and store your personal data only as long as necessary for the compliance with our contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it is automatically deleted, unless its further processing – for a limited period of time – is exceptionally required to comply with legal retention periods.

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
3.1 When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not contact us or otherwise transmit information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. In this context, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us in order to display our website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR):

- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

This data is only stored for one day and then deleted automatically.
3.2 Use of Cookies:
a) We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to the browser you are using by a characteristic string and stored on your hard drive. By this, certain information flows to the entity that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer and can therefore not cause any damage. b) We use technically necessary cookies on our website. This is based on our legitimate interest in the adequate display and use of our website, Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR. 5. Data security
5.1 We have taken technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data. Our employees are obliged to handle personal data confidentially and carefully. In addition, all service providers have been monitored by us. We use the commonly used SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) together with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. Usually, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether an individual page of our website is encrypted is indicated by the appearance of the closed key or lock symbol in the bottom status bar of your browser.
5.2 We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological developments.
